Junghans Fake and Phantasy

Below I will post some pictures of Junghans pocket watches which are called fakes of phantasy designs or so-called marriage watches.

The watch above pretends to be a WW2 watch, but the movement is a J32 which was produced only 1923 and Junghans has not produced cases with military insignia during WW2. The watch has been restored and the fake insignias removed.

This one is a J10 alarm pocket watch which was produced until 1921 so that the dial is most probalbly repainted by someone but not made by Junghans.

Junghans pocket watches with imaginative remake dials like these are frequently available on various second-hand platforms. It's important to note that Junghans did not originally produce these dials.
