As the screws on old pocket watches often are of individual length, it is important to remember the correct position. Old pictures show that watchmakers had had already very eraly so-called "screw banks" for different watch types. I tried to replicate those "screw banks" with modern methods. Construction with a background picture in Fusion360 and 3D printed.
