This Sonceboz 19’’’ calibre 170 movement, dating to around 1930, requires careful attention and servicing.
The case should be fitted with a silver bow to replace the existing brass one. The ratchet wheel shows corrosion and has one missing tooth, and the cannon pinion is noticeably worn.
A new ratchet wheel has been manufactured by KMLT using laser micro-cutting. Two new case screws have been installed. One dial screw had broken off halfway inside the plate, and the remaining stump cannot be removed.
