Handmade wood box, updated 27.08.2018

In the last couple of months, I tried to learn about woodworking to make some little wooden boxes. I looked a lot of videos and finally, I came across Adrian Preda's youtube channel and I started to get some tools and the first handmade wood box is for the used Record 43 plow plane.
25. July 2018 - After the lid was finished I stained the outer side black. Then I tried a french polish on the box hoping for a shiny finish.
August 2018, the final result is satisfying, I learned a lot and a idea for another box is already in my head.
